Passionate Performance Coach | Former D1 Athlete | Lifelong Learner

Eric is the founder and lead strength coach at Swift Rock Training.
A former Division I punter for the University of Iowa (2007–2011), he holds a B.S. in Health & Human Physiology and an M.S. in Kinesiology (UIC).

With 12+ years of coaching experience in the DMV area, Eric currently serves as Director of Strength & Conditioning at George Mason University, working directly with Men's Wrestling. He previously served as Assistant AD/Director of Strength & Conditioning at George Washington University, where he oversaw the department and worked directly with Women's Gymnastics and Lacrosse.

He founded Swift Rock Training to help athletes keep training and growing beyond college—turning passion into lifelong performance.
